IT Support Contract for DOI’s 80,000+ users

Based on a comprehensive RFI process and analysis of NuAxis Innovations existing IDIQ contracts at IBC, DOI OCIO has decided to use the NuAxis Customer Support Center (CSC) contract to implement a consolidated department-wide enterprise service desk (DOI ESD). This critical consolidation effort is aimed at providing world-class IT support to DOI’s 80,000+ users through a streamlined and customer-centric support organization.
