Six NuAxis Innovations Teams Receive HDI Certifications Pinnacle of Excellence Awards

The Help Desk Institute (HDI) awarded six NuAxis Innovations teams the HDI Certification Pinnacle of Excellence Awards. The awards are given to support centers with four or more employees at which each member has earned an HDI certification. HDI awarded 28 teams this year – six (21 percent) of which went to NuAxis. In total, 16 NuAxis teams have received this award since 2013.

“By utilizing HDI standards, training programs and certifications, we ensure that all of our customer facing support staff possess the knowledge and skills to both consistently solve our client’s technical issues and to better connect on a more human, customer-centric level,” said NuAxis Vice President of Service Management, Bob Roark. “Over time this critical investment has provided functional support that demonstrates clear value in relation to the business needs of the organizations we serve.”

HDI Certifications recognize the breadth of knowledge required to provide IT support, document the skills needed by practitioners and provide leadership to the industry as a whole. HDI certifies customer service and technical support teams and each certification reflects the level of knowledge required for specific roles, ranging from Customer Service Representative to Support Center Director.
