Our Certifications

ISO 20000-1:2018

NuAxis’ Service Management System is certified by Intertek to ISO/IEC ISO 20000-1:2018. This standard specifies requirements for the organization to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.

ISO 9001:2015

NuAxis’ Quality Management System is certified by PRI to ISO 9001:2015. This standard requires organizations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The certification aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements

ISO 27001:2013 Certification

NuAxis’ Information Security Management System is certified by Intertek to ISO/IEC 27001:2013. This is an information security standard and specification for information security management systems. The certification demonstrates NuAxis’ ability and proven record to ensure information security including confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Capability Maturity Model Integration

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes which is the basis for Maturity Level 3 is established and improved over time.

The GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard

The GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard provides requirements and guidance for companies and other organizations preparing a corporate-level GHG emissions inventory. This standard is written primarily from the perspective of a business developing a GHG inventory. However, it applies equally to other types of organizations with operations that give rise to GHG emissions, e.g., NGOs, government agencies, and universities.
