What is the GovCX Collective?

Customer experience (CX) is a discipline that is changing how technology works in government. Yet with anything new, it can be hard to separate truth from trends.

That’s why the team at NuAxis created the GovCX Collective, a unique learning community focused on operationalizing outcomes for CX in government.

Whether you are new to CX or a seasoned pro, you will find opportunities to learn, ideate, and apply human-centered design (HCD) best practices in everything you do.

The Collective will host regular events at NuAxis HQ in Virginia, including panels, workshops, trainings and more. We will bring the best minds from government and business to help you grow your expertise, encourage collaboration, and inspire action.
