NuAxis Innovations Appraised at CMMI Level 3 For Services

NuAxis Innovations announced a successful Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® appraisal at Level 3 for Services. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides essential elements of effective processes to improve performance. An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.

The scope of the appraisal is NuAxis’ Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), and we are excited to bring enhanced cost savings, consistency, and process improvement through the CMMI framework. “I’m proud of our team for successfully achieving CMMI Level 3 for Services, an important milestone to continue providing our customers with the best service and support,” said Imran Akram {CEO}.
