Bureau of Reclamation – IT Support Services

The Challenge

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) needed to consolidate its IT support services to improve employee efficiency and lower costs.

The Work

NuAxis supports the BOR across nine disparate IT support areas, including service desk management, infrastructure support services and database management.

The Results

After winning the original contract with BOR, NuAxis added eight additional contracts with the agency to expand the scope of work and provide additional support.

The Help Desk Institute (HDI)-certified NuAxis team working for the BOR supports 5,700 users who work from 7,500 managed and more than 600 unmanaged workstations. NuAxis also provides everything that employees and contractors for the agency need – from user setup to printer maintenance to advanced IT resolution.
